Entrants must be over 18 due to alcohol included in Prize.

The party packs contain prizes to be used inside and outside of the home will be used and must be available for the singing (inside) and the bbq and pool (outside).

PlayStation/Heart are not responsible for any incidents that would incur at a Party using these prizes.

The organisation of any party is solely the responsibility of the winner and it is not to be event managed by PlayStation or Heart.

The Heart Ground Patrol will be delivering the Prize only if the winner works within the Heart 106.2 Target Specific Area.

Heart Marketing will liaise with the winner to organise the Heart Ground Patrol delivery to take place at the workplace of the winner.

The prizes are not refundable.
